I just received my order of 25 decals. Thank you. The decals are not what I was expecting. The item description says, ” The Zoll AED Decal lets the public know that you carry a Zoll AED.” I was expecting a decal that we could place on our pelican case that would let the public know what was in the case. Your website said nothing about the decal having the sticky side on the printed side so that it can only be seen through a window. I am disappointed and I didn’t see that you offered any other products that fit what I am looking for. I have wasted money on a product that we can’t use. Please fix your product description so that potential customers are not deceived as I was. Thank you.

I ordered an AED that appeared to be in stock. Once I placed the order, a couple of days later the company emailed me and said it is a six month wait. I would never have purchased the product if I knew it wasn't actually in stock. I think this was very misleading.

Confused Company Period There is not proper communication between the company & the buyer. I purchased an AED, no email or follow up, no status on whether its shipped or not. I was calling them to check what happened after 3-4 days. Day 4 after purchase : Called in & customer care said the purchase is on HOLD to verify the card details. They already took the money off my card not sure what they need to verify. So they did double check the address & said its good to go & will ship. Day 5: Called in to ask Tracking number customer care says they are Out of Stock & will ship in approx 2-3 months. Seriously ? previous day they remove hold & next day they update its Out of stock & No one cares to even update that. Reason: Billing & sales are different branches. I will take my business else where NO THANK YOU - Cancelled my order & got refund in 2 days. Unorganized - Confused - Company

Sold me an item for around 1k. Debit card address matched shipping. Paid for next day delivery. Instead of my item I got an email telling me they tried to call and would need to confirm order further. AFTER taking my money. Is everyone barin dead? What is wrong with companies taking money then wanting to verify. Are you dumb?
