Still no update after you posted that. 2/16/23 You are being reported for taking people’s money and not giving them what they ordered. No contact from customer service, no email. Received my AED with it beeping in the shipping box and upon opening it, had it announce that service was required. The phone "service" doesn't work and no options would connect. Sent email to find out about returning the defective AED and was told to check cables. The wrench is lit and announcing service required. That was three days ago. No phone service today and chat told me the Biomed would have to check the defective sent AED as it was recertified and covered under a 3 year warranty, which I'll bet will mean that if something else goes wrong, they will argue it has already been worked on. Very disappointed with the entire experience.

Had issues with online ordering and then had to contact customer service. Ordered on Dec 27,2022. Its now January 30 and still haven't received my product. I would not use this company in the future.
