Getting my tax exemption certificate to go through was a bit of a problem originally, but otherwise it has been a very positive experience. Also, it comes in a pretty timely manner.

I would give you a 5 star if I was rating only the tech - Eric, who did the inspection. He was fantastic. The one star taken off was for the initial customer service (phone) which was a bit difficult. I had to call 3 times to get the info that ended up being correct and current. Otherwise great.
Response from AED.comSep 26, 2025
Hi there! Thank you for sharing your experience and for recognizing Eric’s fantastic work—we’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to him. I’m sorry the initial phone support wasn’t as smooth, and I appreciate you letting us know about the difficulty in getting accurate information. We’re reviewing our phone procedures to ensure quicker, clearer responses so your next call is seamless from start to finish. We value your feedback and the chance to improve.

Wow, one day turn around from order to delivery. One little problem is that we ordered the child infant pads and have not received them.

We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to make this right.

Four (4) years is a decent battery life. Price could be a little better for us small potatoes.
