Wide array of supplies. Easy to understand catalog. Website is weird to navigate and reloads many times. "Back" button on browser sometimes goes back several pages. Cannot edit quantities in cart - have to go back out of cart to edit and then go all the way back through checkout step-by-step.

The website was easy to navigate. Finding brand name products was also easy. The website gives minimal information about the product(s) (replacement pads for AED). I had to dig through paperwork to find if items on the website fit the AED. It would be easier if it was listed on the website.

I didn't realize they were on east coast time, so they were 15 minutes until closing. The customer rep told me to call back the next day and wouldn't take my order. Luckily, I can order online and not deal with lazy customer service reps. As long as you don't have questions, just use the website. I unfortunately had a question.

Placing the order was easy and convenient. Fed Ex sent the package cross country before delivering to me a week later than originally expected.
