Website shows in stock. I received an email that it would ship in 10 days and now there is an additional delay and they can not confirm when the AED will ship.

Ordered an AED and no where on the site did it say backordered. Because if it was backordered I would have tried to locate another one.

AED.COM sent out an email blast advertisement showing different AED’s for sale. I filled out everything to buy one, and now it’s out of stock. They should tell you this up front and not after you order it. I have received not one update, or ETA of when they will be back in stock. I don’t know that I would use them again.

Purchased a battery pack for a Phillips Defibrillator along with two defibrillator pads. These are good for 3 years and they were over 13 months old upon receipt. I had read reviews on other suppliers selling old inventory but was very disappointed to see AED doing the same. Lost all my business!!!

Website indicated my passwords didn't match, or something like that, and I spent a great deal of time trying to get order to process. Finally i gave up and did screen prints so i could tell you about the problem. Then it turned out order had gone through! Feel free to contact me for the details. It appears to be a web problem.
