The return process is taking a bit long however the team of helpers are friendly and respectful. We reordered and got what we needed only the return process is taking longer than expected. Otherwise, 5 stars!!

When I initially placed my order I received a confirmation email but then heard nothing else. When I reached out to customer service I found out that my order was cancelled due to issue with the payment. I called and spoke to a customer service associate and she was able to help me place the order again. A few days later it arrived and was as expected. If I had been notified of the original order being cancelled I would have given my experience 5 stars.
