I signed up so that I could take advantage of a discount code as I was spending several thousand dollars, and the discount code did not work. This was a huge let down.

I have not been able to retrieve my Certificate. I have a dashboard that states that I passed each model but I can't find any certificate. I go to the original page, look under access cpr certificate, write my last name and email and appears no match

They were extremely helpful during the order process. However, I had to submit our sales tax exemption form twice to the same email address. Then, for some unknown reason, it was 10 days before the item was shipped. I received the item in one day as it was shipped from a warehouse only about 40 minutes from my location. However, I was missing hardware when it arrived. The item was exactly what I needed or I probably would have returned it.

Wasn't a good experience, scheduling inspection or making a purchase.
