I didn’t order anything from you. Someone fat-fingered their email address and mistakenly typed mine. I notified you, and you asked ME for the correct address! Now I get this survey. I hope your legitimate customers get a higher level of attention to detail. I will never order anything from you.

Paid for next day delivery. And immediately was notified it was take weeks to ship.

I placed an order July 31st. I received a confirmation email. Then I have received multiple "rate your experience" emails, but no order update. I attempted to email them, no response. I attempted to use the chat on the web page, the bot couldn't find my order and wouldn't help further. Called in. The bot couldn't find my order, but at least offered to connect me to a live person. The live person couldn't find it by the order number I had been given, but did find one by my email. Said it hadn't gone through due to some issue and technically didn't exist. Offered to connect me to Sales. I was cold transferred to Sales, so the guy had no idea what was going on and I had to explain my situation all over again. When I got done with Sales, they said I would have an email within 40 minutes with a link to be able to pay for the new order. It has now been 2.5 hours, and no email. I will be looking for other options on where to make my purchase.

Got the AED pads and was told I cannot return them for a refund. Very disappointed!

My order was canceled due to the verification process of my address but never was I told. I waited roughly 3 weeks for the AED to be delivered when I called to get more info about my order that’s when I was told that it had been canceled.
