There was a mix up at first but got corrected
There was a mix up on payment the first time and it didn't go thru so we were told it was canceled. I then reordered and used a 20% coupon on the order. Then the customer service rep said the first order was processed and canceled the 2nd order with the 20% off and he did not carry this over to my order saying it was prior to the effective date of the coupon. We are a small church and $96 means up a lot to us. UPDATE: AED reached out to us corrected this error and refunded the church. Thanks for the great service. This is a stand up company!
