The website said the my AED pads were in stock, but when I called 2 weeks later to check order status, I was told they were on national backorder. AED.com took my order and wasted 2 weeks of my time while I could have been looking elsewhere. Fortunately, though they said none were available, I found them with another vendor and canceled my order. I would not order from them again.

Our AED was beeping and stated that the pads needed to be replaced and were not useable (even though they were not expired). This device is for a school and is imperative that it is functioning at all times. I placed my order for the pads through AED.com on 4/29/25 and paid $95.40 for Federal Express - Standard Overnight. I received confirmation of this. On 4/30/25 I received a new order confirmation from AEDCenter and it stated that the shipping method is FEDEX Ground. I also receive a notification from Fedex stating that my package would be delivered on 5/5/25. I immediately called customer service. The women was polite but seemed unsure of what to do. She bounced between me on 1 line and her supervisor on the other. I stated that we could not wait until 5/5/25 hence why I paid the large fee to have it sent overnight. She stated that the best she could do would be to have it arrive on 5/2/25. I requested that she sent a new set of pads in the mail overnight so that I could receive them on 5/1/25...I explained the situation that we are a school and needed them immediately. She stated that all the other pads they had in stock were spoken for so they could not send out a new shipment. She stated that they would be here on Friday (5/2/25) (her supervisor was going to call FEDEX) and that the shipping would be removed. The pads did not arrive until 5/5/25. We were not charged the shipping. We will not be ordering through this company again.

No 10% Discount given as first time buyer. Customer Care said I need to speak to Sales ........Sales says I need to speak to Customer care. Was also charged Tax and we are a Non Profit. FIRST AND LAST TIME. There are other better companies out there.
