Everything we received from you was in excellent condition. But, as before we have been backordered on our child key (1) and the adult chest pads x (6). so as a result I have 4600 words ADE's in my office that need to be shipped out to my outlying offices that I cannot send until I receive the rest of my order. Being an administrator for the company I do realize these things happen. Even my first order had the child key backorder however all just pads were included. I have no problem waiting for the backordered items and I do understand living in Alaska you don't always get what you want when you want it. I am very impressed though with your refurbished Philips units and this will not prevent me from ordering additional units should I need them. I still think you guys rock!

Customer service itself is pretty good at replying to issues but lost a star to never receiving confirmation email or tracking # the entire time from ordering to receiving product. The only reason I was able to track was because they used Fedex and I have the fedex tracking app which tracks all packages inbound to my address. Products are perfect but could use some work on the emailing/keeping customers informed with important information.

Shipping was super fast!! Order was accurate. I placed my order online, However I tried to Chat with them online about when a product would be back in stock and no one answered the “Live” chat for 30 minutes to never. Then I called, no one answered the phone at 2 o’clock and I emailed and all I got was an automatic reply saying someone would get back to me. No one did. Give your shipping department a raise and fire you customer service!

This is a Christmas gift for my brother. I have not given him the present until later this month. How can I review a product he has not seen?
