I ordered from this site because this item was out of stock on other sites. Once the order was placed, I was notified this item was out of stock here as well, which was disappointing. However, it arrived before the projected date and less than two weeks of ordering, so all in all we are satisfied.

Everything was good....easy to order but once I started getting the emails for receipt and shipping that was a bit confusing. Thank you.

I believe most people who buy the AED etc on your website are for business or public purposes and paid by business card. It would be great if your system can email the invoice to the customer directly after paid, but the customer requested. What do you think?
Response from AED.comOct 16, 2021
Hi David, thanks for your feedback. Invoices and payment by PO are available for customers who create an account with us. If you are interested in creating an account for future purchased, please reach out to us at [email protected].

I have not received the products ordered. I received confirmation of the order but no shipping information . When I emailed the company I received an undeliverable email notice. I went to their website and filled out a form and received confirmation that my request was submitted but have again not received any communication. I believe this may be a false business or one that has ceased functioning and I’ll be requesting a refund and filing a fraud complaint. *update: I was contacted by the business and promptly received the order. Thank you!

Amber, thank you for bringing to our attention. We have located your order and a member of our team will be in contact with you today regarding its status. Due to the Memorial Day holiday, our offices were closed longer than normal, which has contributed to the extended wait time for your inquiry on Friday to be acknowledged.
