More times then not, when I order something, it ends up not being in stock. I am not told about this until the order is placed.

I needed AED pads ASAP. I only ordered from you because it showed you had child pads where the place I usually order from showed they were out of stock. After several attempts to question where my order was thru the cardio partners site,(your site stated 1-2 day delivery and a week later). After no response thru this, I finally called about 2 weeks later and you stated that they were holding up the entire order because your child pads were out of stock. If I had know this in advance, I would have never ordered from you and just went with my proven vendor and just waited for the child pads. So in closing - YOU NEED TO COMMUNICATE BETTER WITH YOUR CLIENTS!

I recieved the wrong item and reported it to customer service rep 7 days ago. I need to know how Aed.con is going to make this right. I have been patient because of the holiday but since I have now recieved two requests for a rating I will submit.

Sales tax was applied, but did not show up in my cart during checkout. My cart indicated "Grand Total". It obviously wasn't a Grand Total if my order confirmation listed sales tax. I submitted my tax exemption. For some reason, I was given a $3.38 tax credit right after submitting it. About two weeks later, the full tax amount was credited in the amount of $12.38; resulting in a total credit of $15.76. Now I have to repay the $3.38 that was mis-credited to begin with. Not happy with this vendor. Will make a note not to use this vendor in the future.

The original pads that came with the aed didn’t expire for over 5 years. The one I just received expire in 28 months

See details on our page for reference. https://www.aed.com/philips-heartstart-onsite-adult-smart-pads.html Some manufacturers (Zoll and Heartsine) offer longer expiration pads but 2 years is the standard for most manufacturers.
