Still don’t have my AED. It’s been a month. No updates. Rep I called a couple weeks ago said would be shipped in a day or so. Nothing happened. EDIT: Update to 4 stars. Got the product and its what I wanted for a low price, and thats what I needed. However, this company could really use an update on their communication protocol... If something isn't in stock, customer needs to know... if something isn't going to ship for a month, customer needs to know... a simple email would have sufficed, or a clear warning on the site to let me know before purchasing.

Ordered a refurbished AED since the one I wanted was listed as "out of stock". Well so was the refurbished one, they just didn't list it that way. Extremely poor communication. I didn't discover this until I called 2 weeks after the fact. Now it's nearly a month later and still no product. Updated to 4 stars. Product arrived today, but still needs improved inventory control and better communications.

Global manufacturer supply chain shortages in conjunction with the high demand for these life-saving products can occasionally create a situation where we have run out of inventory of an item but the website has not yet updated itself with the most current stock information.
