Easy to order, however, we still haven't received our order! Placed on February 13, I believe!

Tax exempt form was sent as instructed by you.Then we sent the exact form you told us to send and you said it was wrong

Quick and easy info and testing. Material is presented in a simple, understandable format. The program is not intuitive, you cannot “pre answer”. There were a few glitches, where you need to reboot. The program did not automatically give the certificate. Make sure you take a picture of your competition! You will need it when you CALL to have them send you the certificate. Customer service is friendly and helpful.

Still looking for my order. How long should it take

I am still waiting on pieces of my order. The only thing I would say could improve it would be when I pay for expidited shipping that the pieces in the other be available instead of finding out later that I would only receive parts of my order

My order didn't go through automatically. When I called to follow up, I was told that it was going through a "credit check" but that it was due to ship later that day. The other thing that was frustrating was that I had an order number but I couldn't use the website to check my order status. This is because I created an account after I placed my order and there (apparently) is no way to link the order to my account.

I'm very disappointed that you wouldn't ship to my PO Box. It made it so I had to have it sent to a friend's home, who is 2 hours one way away from me. Our PO Box is 9 miles away. We do not have any physical delivery (either postal, UPS, FedEx where we live). This is the only complaint I have at this point.
