Thank you for your review of Advin Servers. We are still working on improving our support. We are looking into hiring more members to be apart of our support team, and we aim to respond to tickets as quickly as possible. As we are a smaller provider, we are still working on growing our staff team. Within the past few weeks, we've been swarmed with both orders and tickets, resulting in sometimes higher ticket response times. However, we've been working on improving our response times.
