B******t! Charges way more then you agree to and has useless AI customer service that literally does nothing, be ready to permanently lose your money, they dont even refund you when THEY made the mistake to begin with!

a thinly disguised chat site. the lesson content is very poor quality and not engaging. children are encouraged to chat. as an adult I was able to create an account pretending to be a child and have chat with other children. I would not use this for my kids. sharing online game worlds as in prodigy is a reasonable compromise as no conversation can occur. but open chat that is actively promoted is dangerous.

My son didn’t even use it for a full month, and the app kept crashing. I asked for a refund and they had said no because I didn’t cancel in time well. All I can say is don’t waste your money on this app it doesn’t work keeps crashing and wouldn’t recommend this to anyone

Tried twice to sign up but sign up pages freezes once you put your account details in and you never get access, had to inform my bank to delete all details from this site, tried customer service and no help at all, be careful as this could be a dodgy site. wont try again

This App scares me. It will not allow you to connect to their servers if you are using a VPN. Why do they want to know your child’s location? Why won’t they allow parents to protect their children? They took my money for a year and when I raised this issue with them, they said I was wrong and it must be my slow internet due to being on a vpn. Sooooo, I sent them a video of me doing a speed test with my internet over 150Mbs with the VPN and then their app failing. They never got back to me and never gave a refund.
