We’re very sorry to hear about the situation with the CECU module and understand how frustrating this must be — especially when your truck is down. If you purchased module Q21-1076-2-100 and the Kenworth dealership confirmed the unit you received is actually Q21-1075-2-100, that’s a serious part number discrepancy. With electronic control modules like CECUs, even a small variation in the suffix can prevent programming and proper operation. We also apologize if you’ve had difficulty getting a clear resolution after contacting us multiple times. When it comes to semi-truck electronic control modules and heavy-duty truck parts, accurate part numbers and quick resolution are critical to getting you back on the road. Please contact us directly with your order number and, if possible, provide a photo of the module label and any documentation from the Kenworth dealership confirming the mismatch. We want to review this immediately and work toward getting you the correct module as quickly as possible. We understand downtime costs money, and we appreciate the opportunity to resolve this properly.
