Customer service was below poor
Customer service was below poor. 3 days to get response to emails, took 3 weeks to get basic package from US to UK.

Hi Ollie, Thank you for your feedback. In the future, please email [email protected]. There is a very quick turnaround through our customer service department. As for shipping, we do ship out of our warehouse with in 24 hours, however the U.S. Postal service is now using third party shippers to help them with delays in shipping. We are looking in to a private shipping company that can help get faster delivery to our international customers. We appreciate your patience as we try and navigate through the affects of Covid-19.

Top notch products
Top notch products. Nothing on the market that's even close, that's why I order it even though I live in Europe. The only small negative point, for me, is the lack of tracking when using the standard international shipping.

Hi Jani, Thank you for your feedback! The U.S. Postal Company is now using third party shippers to help them through Covid-19, hence the lack of tracking they give once an order leaves the U.S. We are working on changing our shipping to a private company, so our customers will receive their orders faster, and will be able to track them until they reach their final destination. Thank you for your patience on this. Covid-19 has really affected the way many companies are doing business.

AML has superior products based on…
AML has superior products based on science. The taste is also superior to comparable products on the market. Usually you will get a nasty after taste, almost medicinal. AML products have a great flavor with no aftertaste.
