I ordered the pre workout extreme on…
I ordered the pre workout extreme on July 26th and still have not received my order. This is the second time where I have ordered something from AML and it either takes 2-3 weeks or I don’t receive. I called yesterday and talked to a representative, who took my number and said someone will be calling about my order. Still nobody has called me. I like this company and would love to be a customer long time but when we order something, I think we could agree that we expect to get it in a timely fashion.

Hi Robert, Thank you for your feedback, we completely understand your frustration. We make it our first priority to ship out orders from our warehouse with in 24 hours of receiving them. Unfortunately, some shipping companies are having problems delivering in a timely matter due to Covid-19. As for your Xtreme order, UPS delayed the shipment but we have been working with them to get the orders to our customers asap. Please rest assured you should be receiving your order this week. The taste was great, but this flavor didn’t mix well in water, a bit chewy.

Thank you Veronica for your feedback. We have a lot of super important ingredients jammed packed in to our supplements. If you find it's not mixing will, try using a shaker cup. This should really help.

I didn’t receive a tracking number for my order. I believe it’s late

Hi Felicia, I see your package left our warehouse same day it was ordered. I've checked your USPS tracking number, and they say "in Transit, Arriving Late.Your package will arrive later than expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility." USPS has been having delays due to Covid related issues. We appreciate your patience during these difficult times, and are currently looking in to other shipping companies as an option.

Great products and service every time!
Always have loved the products, but the customer service is always so helpful and prompt anytime there is an issue with an order (which has always been with postal service not AML) !!
