Being a customer service rep myself it is always important to recognize great customer service. I called back several times before ordering with this company and spoke to a few different reps. All of the rep were able to provide answers to all my questions. i enjoyed each one of their personalities. I placed my own order which was very easy and cheap.

I had not idea the tv I got from a tag sale need a lamp to keep it on. I researched the tv online and the Advanced Lamps was in my searches. I call customer service who asked for my model number. They even told me where to find the model number on the tv. I gave customer service the model number and they pull up the lamp I needed. I was able to purchase it right away. When it shipped I got a tracking number to tracking it. Ups delivered my lamp within 3 business days.

The price was right! The customer service was very helpful and professional. Who would have thought of an electronics vendor in little old Connecticut, one normally thinks of big ranches, steers, and beef steak. If you do business with this vendor you will not be disappointed. They have the best prices you are going to find on the net, and their shipping was one of the fastest I have ever come across.
