A good experience. Everyone was very polite and professional and we were none really faster than I thought it be since there were 3 of us.

The appointment scheduler should openly say what to expect. We were not prepared to make a decision on such an elaborate expense. We drove 1.5 hours in the rain to keep the appointment only to be lectured about the importance of learning of any abnormalities in our bodies but yet strong armed into committing our HSA or life savings to this company. We've yet to receive the results of the scans that led us there. Very disappointed in the set up!!

I was overall happy with the experience. There is however a little give and take with this. The scan itself just takes a few minutes. But the time grab is the initial hour they spend with you selling you scan packages. So be prepared for a little salesmanship. I did buy a package. And after the results of my scan am glad I did. I got a call a couple of days after my scan and was told that my Calcium Score was very high. I was able to get these results to my Doctor and we are taking steps to remedy this. A few days later my wife and I got the hardcopy results.

The whole scan was quick and easy. The machine wasn’t very noisy which was comforting. The report was comprehensive and comprehensible.

Excellent experience from presentation thru scanning

"bedside manner" is terrible, i.e. results. I got called on Friday late afternoon, It went: This is bla, bla, bla, bla. Heart scan, bla, bla, bla, calcium high bla, bla, bla, Artery, bla, bla, bla, widowmaker, bla, bla, bla, calcium over 700, bla, bla, bla, cardiologist. .And then I get asked if there are any questions. I am still trying to process when we hang up. I tried to call, but don't know the Dr.'s name, and the guy I met with has gone home early. All weekend I felt like I was going to keel over and die..
