Everyone made us feel right at home and…
Everyone made us feel right at home and treated us with respect. It was a good experience. Will recommend to our friends. Would have liked to know that they would try and sell us additional scans before we got there. This way we could have made arrangements. But all in all it was worth it.

Time share like Sales pitch
the full hour of sales pitch that was included was a bit much. I understand the point of the special intro price is to "up-sell", but an hour of it was a bit ridiculous. It felt like a time share sales pitch.

SUSPICIOUS ABOUT RESULTS
SUSPICIOUS ABOUT RESULTS. All the comments of there being an hour long sales pitch are true but the process was fine and the sales person was pleasant. MORE IMPORTANTLY, my mother and I both got test results that show a Calcium Score of 0. She’s obese and a smoker for 50 years and I’m overweight. The odds of both of us having a score of 0 (placing us in the zero percentile) seems statistically highly improbable. I’ve seen other reviews with same concern showing a score of 0. How is that possible???

never got the scan after the sales…
never got the scan after the sales pitch for upgrade. Supposedly the machine was broke. Told to go back. So we will see. They gave me my money back.

Hi Mary. I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, our CT machine was not working yesterday and we have been unable to get a technician out today. We should have it working by next week and will give you a call for you to come in and get your scan as soon as it is. Wasn’t what we were expecting
Wasn’t what we were expecting! Wanting high dollar amount of money for something that my medical insurance would pay for!
