I scheduled an appointment with concerns about my heart and I ended up spending 90% of time with a sales pitch and and watching videos. The salesman came across irritated when I wouldn’t purchase a plan. I do value my life but he made feel like I didn’t. I’m sure he’s in commission but I didn’t like being treated like a idiot because I didn’t sign up for a payment plan or pull out my credit card and purchase something that my insurance should pay for if I needed it.

I’d rate our visit yesterday with five stars! Customer service deluxe! Everyone we met with were extremely attentive and accommodating. My husband had a test done a few years back and never received the results. We tried multiple times, but eventually gave up. He mentioned it yesterday to the receptionist who was extremely helpful and said she would get us an answer before our tests were completed. Long story short, the receptionist hooked us up with an echo technician, Mrs Williams. She was very compassionate and worked it out to have the test redone. We were very impressed with their warmth and genuine interest to solve our dilemma. Thank you!

The appointment took extremely too long. I did not mind the pitch but when setting up the appointment your rep told us it would take 15 minutes. We both work and had a very tight schedule to begin with. After 1.5 hours my patients reached its limit. Honesty in setting up the appointment would have been nice. I would have still come if you told me the appropriate time line. Your receptionist in front was not helpful or apologetic in the amount of time the process would take. Extremely disappointed but you get what you pay for. Lesson learned!

I had a great visit with Lance and my eyes were opened to some of the advanced technology used by your facility for diagnostics/scanning. Thanks for the scan and the education......it was very helpful.

Today date is 01/15/2021, I still haven't recieve the scan I did on 12/15/2020. I got a call from Dr. Slater on 12/22/2020 but no results of the scan has been provided for me to take to the doctor.

Every step was done in a timely manner and each person with whom I spoke was very nice and thoroughly explained all that was being done.
