The gentleman we spoke with was nice
The gentleman we spoke with was nice. But once the visit morphed into a "timeshare" sales pitch we were very disappointed and didn't know if we could believe anything he said. We bought the cheapest package just to get it over and out of there. We were embarrassed and dismayed we fell for the bait and switch. It just felt like you were preying on old people to scare us into buying. Now we are stuck with payments and don't know that we'd ever feel comfortable going back to the $230 scans. After this visit I imagine the next one will be another bait and switch costing us even more money. We got our results today and it was ok. No real help for either of us. The staff did seem nice but we won't be recommending this to anyone. It was a very uncomfortable morning.

I'm sorry to see your visit was not what you expected. Our goal is to inform you of the other services we offer and I apologize that this came off as a pressure sale. We will discuss this with your consultant to make sure future patients do not have the same experience. You can be assured that the package you purchased does not contain any other cost other than the radiology fee during your visit.
