For a year I walked my dog about 3/4 mile in the evening, hunched forward with back pain after work. I looked like "the crooked old man". The first time I tried Perfect Amino, when taking 5 pills at once about 30 minutes before walking the dog, I walked "back straight up", and was shocked that a health product could work so well, fast and easily. Now I am using it after getting dentures two days ago. I can't eat hard-to-chew food with swollen gums from tooth extraction. But my gums need protein to heal faster; and I can crush the amino powder-pills and drink it down easily. At "pushing 70 years of age" I've lost at least 1/3rd my muscle mass and probably more. I don't exercise, but I get enough exercise gardening (bending, crawling), landscaping (digging, lifting, watering). I take Perfect Amino about every day and about 30 minutes before what would be a physically draining activity. It gives me stamina, strength...and that gives me optimism and positivity. I don't think anyone can go wrong trying this product; unless you do what I did when I started (taking only one pill, as if to check that out). I always take now between 3 pills to 5 pills, chew them reducing them to powder in my mouth and swallow with coffee or water. If I did not have this, I would be, kind of like, a "Dead Man walking" (and I am not exaggerating), I'd be weak and weaker in the last or final ten years of my life. Buy it, try it right (5 pills first time and 30 minutes or longer before doing some hard to do task). By the way, I am thin and five years ago returned to my lean High School Graduation rate. But with the thinness I have also gotten weaker. I receive no incentive or benefit from Adv.Bio. for offering my opinion.
