Susan L.
How do you put them on the ear pods? No instrictions.
Response from ADV.Feb 15, 2024
Hi Susan, To remove the previous tips, please try to pull the tips apart from the AirPods gently. Then take the new memory foam tips and align the oval mounting point with the AirPod's contact point and push in, you should hear a small snap. I hope this helps. Best Regards, Jane from Customer Services
