Charged freight twice and did not send item after charging me

I was charged $10.00 shipping and then another $5.00 shipping for a small beaker that they put in the same box with the filter.On top of double shipping they called two weeks after they accepted my order and payment for a gold 450SL emblem( and said it had been shipped,) that they did not understand why i wanted a 450S emblem since I had a 450SLC. I told them I wanted what I ordered .He then he said they did not have one and they wanted $30.00 more for a silver one. Bate and switch if I have ever seen it !! These guys should not be on EBay.

Buddy, Thank you for your review and response. Please note that you placed two individual orders at two different times and from two different ordering avenues. One order was placed on Ebay with the shipping charges clearly listed. The second item was purchased from our website WWW.ADSITCO.COM a few days later. Our website does clearly state all shipping charges are the customers responsibility. When you placed your order online you order a 450SL gold trunk model emblem form our clearance section along with other items. During the shipping process our shipping staff noticed that you had purchased a 450SL emblem but your order form noted your car was a 450SLC. According to this you had ordered the wrong part. The 450SL emblem is not the same as what your 450SLC car requires. We strive to get the correct parts to our customers the first time. We then reached out to you to double check the part needed and make sure everything was being ordered correctly. You confirmed you did have a 450SLC car verifying that the part ordered was not correct for your car. We notified you that we did not have a 450SLC emblem in gold. Please note this item is not listed on Ebay or on our website because we do not carry it. This is not bait and switch... You ordered the wrong part and we do not carry the correct part you needed. At that time we did notify you that we did have the chrome emblem for your car, but not the gold. At that time you declined the chrome correct emblem and the wrong emblem was dropped from your order. We are very sorry you feel that we have tricked you in anyway. We simply caught a mistake and avoided sending you an incorrect part that was not correct for your car. Again the gold items are in our clearance section and we have very limited quantities. We apologize that we did not have the gold emblem your car required and where not able to fill your order.
