Had engine rebuilt for 1978 300D. Engine runs fine but smokes way beyond acceptable . My mechanic says it's probably the fuel injector. Called Reese to sort out the situation and was told their mechanic would call my mechanic. That was almost two weeks ago. Heard from Reese today...hopefully resolution is near.

Order placed and slow follow up on verification of vin number. Web site should ask for vin prior to search and only pull parts that will match. Order placed poor status of item even after vin number verification. I have no idea if my order is going to be fulfilled or shipped.

Found exactly what I needed and the best price. One of the parts was defective so I called expecting the run around on electronic parts but they were extremely helpful and sending a new part. Can't ask for anything else.

1 month after initial order finally completed. Wrong part sent, R ft caliper instead of L as ordered. Wasted $30+ in shipping costs for ADSIT mistake. At least withdrew threat of 25% restocking charge. BEWARE!

Hector, Thank you for your order and reply. I believe there must be some kind of understanding. We received your order on 7-6-16 at 3:01 PM. Your order was shipped the next day 7-7-16 by Fedex. According to Fedex the package was delivered on Monday the 11th. Yes the terms of the sale clearly state that all parts are warrantied on an exchange basis. If the wrong part was sent we would have gladly exchange it at no charge (including shipping). However you refused the exchange and requested a refund. The terms of the sale clearly state all parts returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee. However in this case we did waive the restocking fee and issued a full refund for the part returned.
