Very bad shipping time and the bumper …
Very bad shipping time and the bumper we received was junk lower texture bumper was damange and main painted part had scratches and gouges very.I'm sure the picture they sent me was another bumper in better shape.Had to call 4 times before they even shipped out.Veryet bad customer service.

Ron, First I want to thank you for your order and honest review! First I want to remind you that you placed your order on March 30th. However when we received the noticed you had ordered the incorrect bumper cover for your vehicle. If you will remember we called you to request the VIN# to make sure the correct part was being shipped. We then emailed you pictures of the alternative option we had. You had purchased a bumper cover only. We then offered you the complete bumper with all the chrome and accessories. I personally told you this would be a new bumper but that it did have scuffs, scratches, and other blemishes from being in the warehouse. We are very sorry for the delay this may have caused. We simply wanted to be sure we got the correct parts to you the first time. If you have any other questions or concerns regarding your order feel free to call us at 800 521 7656. George, Thank you for your order for the used rear bumper for your 1986 300E for $150. We are in Muncie, Indiana. You have requested the bumper, a rather large item, to be shipped to you in Kihei, Hawaii. Shipping charges to you in Hawaii are over $2200. We have tried emailing and calling you regarding these shipping fees. At this time we have not received a response. We simply did not feel comfortable charging your credit card the additional $2200 in shipping without authorization from you on a $150 used bumper.
