adsitco.comReviews of adsitco.com

WARNING.... Adsitco's advertisements and representations of fitment is a lie. The owner's followup support is just terrible and any promises that Adsitco will ensure satisfaction is just pure BS. Read carefully all terms of sales on their website and you will see that the owner is not interested in any returns of merchandise. They do not stand behind their pledge. I ordered in mid -June 2017, four NewLook 15" rims from Adsitco for my 1978 Mercedes 450SL and was assurred they would fit . All advertisements clearly indicate centercaps and lugbolts are included. The lugbolts were never shipped with my wheels. Although Adsitco admitted the error, three followup deliveries failed to include the correct lugbolts. Thats just INTOLERABLE. There was no effeort by Adsitco to ensure I was provided the correct lugbolts. I spent over $800 upon the cost of these rims They can not be trusted.

Good customer service and speedy delivery.

I received a call from Reece, later on the day I ordered, asking if my Pagoda was an automatic or stick shift (the latter). This info was not asked on the Web site. I appreciate this customer service.

Fast shipping and great products wide selection

Once again disappointment as you have a parts order for 3 different vehicles and the entire shipment is held up for over two weeks because one item is being dropped shipped to you. It doesn't make sense to do this and is very old school philosophy of business for 2017. Now besides this there was no communication about this delay. You wait on the customer to call and inquire and then take action. I believe your business model needs to be retooled.

The parts sent do not fit on my specified car.

Excellent response and quick service. I received emails on the weekend!

I actually had a response from a real person for a special need. Followed by prompt delivery of a quality product. Michael Fox
