I've never experienced this level of customer support. The women I dealt with were courteous, knowledgeable and patient. Absolute all stars. They got my order to me quicker than expected and the prescription lenses are perfect. I would order from ADS again in a heartbeat, if I hadn't already ordered two pairs of new glasses!!

I needed to replace a lost pair of glasses and didn't want to pay the $600 it initially cost me, so I decided to look online. I found them here for $378. I called and got a human who was extremely nice and helpful. She walked me through the differences between the numbers on my prescription and the boxes on the website. Talked me down from an unnecessary option and saved me a few bucks, too. The glasses got to me in a week, the prescription was right, and the glasses were as advertised. Doesn't get any better.

I was having difficulty finding the right pair of prescription sunglasses for golf. Dave and Nicole explained clearly the different types of frames, lenses and tints. The "Try Before You Buy" program was invaluable in obtaining the correct frames. I received my custom sunglasses in less than 2 weeks and I am extremely pleased. Working with Dave and Nicole was a far more rewarding experience than with any local optician's office. I highly recommend ADS Sports Eyewear and will be utilizing their services in the future.

Choose the frame and lenses type. Wasn't sure about frame size so I sent a picture for PD and for ADS to help with choosing the right size. I was only gonna be at a hotel for a few days to receive the shipment and keeping the schedule was very important. Everything ran smoothly and I received the glasses on schedule and their size was perfect. Thanks!
