After receiving a quote from my local optometrist on replacement lenses for my prescription Oakley sunglasses, I was able to find exactly the same product from ADS for almost half the price, including Canadian exchange and shipping. I had one enquiry around billing that was dealt with quickly and satisfactorily, I would not hesitate to order from ADS again.

Great selection of prescription glasses, very responsive customer service, easy to follow instructions and the "try before you buy" option is a terrific way to make sure the glasses fit. The glasses I order are superb!

Found a pair of Polo sunglasses on the ADS website that are no longer being manufactured. Since I use those frames for my prescription sunglasses and my Polo frames I currently have are getting a bit old, I inquired if I could purchase the glasses without prescription lenses. Their representative opened a link so I could purchase the last pair of the Polo 3040 frames that they had in stock. I appreciate what ADS did for me and I am extremely pleased with the purchase.

I was very impressed by the professionalism showed by Julia when I first inquired about the glasses by phone. However, after I took them to my optician for fitting, found the glasses were too small for my face. My optician said I need a size "56" frame. I called Julia with the information... she suggested another style, but by that time, I decided mail order was not the best way to purchase mail order prescription type frames. I asked for a return authorization, but have not received it to date. Please expedite this request, as I have already bought a regular pair of prescription sunglasses from my optician. thank you.

Hello Joseph, Returns are never a problem. We certainly don’t want you to keep anything that you are not thoroughly impressed with. I see you received your RA Number yesterday. Just let me know if you’d like me to resend this. We realize ordering over the internet can add a few days to this process, but we believe the quality and the value you receive from ADS Sports Eyewear are second to none. I understand you were going to have a local optical shop make your lenses because this appeared to cost less. I don’t believe anyone can sell the same quality lenses for a lower price than we can. Our Rx lenses are not cheap, but they are extremely Cost Effective. We use a Free Form Design called the Shamir Autograph Attitude III. Any other design can create a fishbowl distortion around the outer portions of an Rx lens. We also have the exact shape of the removable eye seal programmed into our MEI Edger. If your local shop does not have this shape programmed into this type of edger you will end up with air leaks. If they have to “roll off” the excess thickness around the edges it will look like a Coke bottle. So be sure your cheaper price is not just a cut-rate lens. You mentioned that this Diablo frame was too small, and your local optical shop recommended a 56mm lens. The Diablo has a 65mm lens. So I assume your local shop is using a much flatter frame. If so, the Free Form surfacing may not be as critical, but a flatter lens will provide minimal peripheral vision and minimal protection from the wind. This may not be your safest option. If you ever wanted to try out frames again in the future I highly recommend ordering more than just one. We have no restocking fees, and you will receive a full refund on everything you send back. We do our best to earn a 5-Star rating on every order we fill. We stock hundreds of frames, so if sending a selection of models to choose from would have made you a happier customer than we certainly want to encourage this practice. Let me know if I have not addressed all of your concerns. Dave DuMais ADS Sports Eyewear Owner

Working with ADS was as smooth and easy as shopping in a local store. They offer great product with many options to choose from. They were very helpful and responsive with questions I had about the fitting process. Nicole was a pleasure to work with and made good on her promises. Great people = Great Customer Service. I will tell all my friends about ADS.

Great service, and great glasses. This was the second pair that I have purchased from ADS. I would not have bought the second pair, if I had not been happy.
