The staff was very good at communication. Mt glasses are fabulous.

Customer service has been acceptable, but while my protective goggles look good, I am unable to use them as I want. They fog up when I play racquetball, even though I use an anti-fogging treatment each time before I play. The goggles fit so closely to my face that air does not circulate, and the problem with fogging stops me from being able to use them.

ADS just made some new lenses for my Oakley frames. I sent my frames in and they came back in about a week with some awesome new lenses.This was my 3rd time using ADS all good experiences.

I ordered a present for a close friend of mine in the last minute as a different company let me down. My order was delivered on time and managed to save the day. My friend was happy and I will use them in future again.

After searching for a company that could actually make the prescription lenses for oakleys I came across ADS. I was very impressed with the personal customer service department Which is a live person. I was also very pleased with the product and the fast shipping. I ordered the prescription lenses and the half jacket frame and I received them within a week. Great company and a great product. Highly recommended and I look forward to future business with this company.

I just purchased 1 pair of the Oakley Flak Jacket XLJ Sunglasses- Polished Black Frame, Progressive, Polarized Bronze Lenses, Oakley Standard AR Coating progressive prescription glasses. I have to say I am impressed. I was a bit nervous in regard to how the progressive prescription would work with the wrap around style of the Oakley. But that worry proved to be unfounded. For once, that old saying, "You get what you pay for" held to be absolutely true. I can now see as well as read again while wearing sunglasses. Amazing ly clear while providing protection in both sunny and cloudy scenarios. I just finished a bicycling road trip from San Jose, Ca. down to Santa Barbara wearing these glasses. They made the experience for me visually. So 2 big thumbs up for the Oakleys.

Just played a round of golf (5/21/2016) with my new prescription Oakley Half Jacket PRIZM Golf lense (XLJ) from ADS Sports Eyewear and shot Par 72. Firstly, many B&M stores tell me Oakley no longer makes the prescription lenses for the original Half Jacket. Gmailed Julia (office manager) and she double confirmed Oakley does make it and she can source it -but- not only that - in the NEW PRIZM Golf lenses and in the XLJ style. WOW, WOW and thank you. I love my original HJ in the carbon fiber finish. I really do not like the fit or feel of the 2.0 HJ, they are terrible on my face, imho, Great customer service from Julia, communication was great, she was patient with my many emails. Payment was smooth. Delivery was fast with signature. Took the lenses out this weekend and shot Par. I could see everything, the prescription was spot on and the Oakley PRIZM Golf technology, plain works and I did not lose the sight of my balls in the air. This was better than the G30 lense I once had in the frame before prescription. Thank you ADS, you saved me from Oakley's BAD DECISION with the 2.0 HJ which I hate and made my original NJ lenses EVEN BETTER!!!
