FAKE OR REAL OAKLEY Rx LENSES? I can''t seem to get a response from them. While they do the work after they take the money, the team seems to be unresponsive and uncoordinated regularly. It requires multiple calls and emails to communicate the same thing again and again. My Oakley sunglasses were sent for Oakley prescription lens replacement. The job was completed in almost 4 weeks after multiple emails and calls providing the same prescription information - it's like they go through amnesia daily or just play dumb! Sunglasses were sent back supposedly with Oakley prescription lenses but no certificate of authenticity( one would think) or Lens Warranty Card (one would expect) or care instructions or even a cleaning cloth accompanied them. Multiple emails to Manager asking how do I now the lenses are actually Oakley have not been answered. Now, what would one think about authenticity? I paid a decent amount ($272) for the replacement and now here I write this, unsure of whether what I received is real or fake. I am planning to take them to a Oakley store/re-sellers to validate. Will update review if I ever hear back from them or get the lenses authenticated. May be local LensCrafter is the way to go - at least you know what you are getting.
