Almost everything was 5-star, but not transportation The yachts to Dubrovnik were too small. Would have been good to have bigger. And if bigger we could have had our group together instead of split. The bus to and from Bosnia was brutal -- below one-star. We were frozen in immigration lines while cars sailed through. In this case, split us up in cars. ALL DAY for a couple of hours there. Awful

Thank you for your review, we appreciate your feedback. We are sorry the bus and yachts were not to your liking. They were chosen during the pre-trip site inspection by your group leader, at which time we also discussed the possibility of both an additional yacht and splitting up the group into 2 vehicles for the trip to Bosnia & Herzegovina. Regarding the bus, the decision was made to keep the group together for the experience and because we then could have 1 local guide instead of 2 or 3 (one in each vehicle). Regarding the motor yachts, a vessel rated for more than 12 people is considered a 'Passenger Ship', which is not the same category as a motor yacht. So a vessel for 22+ people would have been many times more expensive than going with 2 or even 3 yachts rated for 12 passengers, as yours were. Since all of our trips are custom, we have the flexibility and fairly unlimited choices for a variety of yachts and ground transport. We try to match our clients' budget to the best solution and experience for their group. In retrospect, perhaps we should have allocated more budget to these items to give your group more room with 3 yachts and perhaps 2 or 3 vehicles for the trip to Bosnia & Herzegovina.
