They make getting a refund similar to pulling teeth. I had to cancel a helicopter trip and after ten days of trying to get a refund- every time I contact them it is something new as to why I haven’t received my refund (now it is ten Business days, now its weather?, now their accounting system is backed up?! It is a sketchy company out of Chicago and Australia that now sent me a receipt of refunds but did not actually refund me at all! Maybe they are a good company but not when they do not get to keep your money! I have been on the phone with the manager for nearly 30 minutes after talking to three representatives who offered no help at all.

We booked our helicopter grand canyon excursion with Adrenaline.com and selected a pick up location of Vdara hotel only to find out 10 mins after our pick up time that you don't pick up there. We had to run to Aria hotel only to find out that the bus has left, When I called Adrenaline the service agent advised it is the fault of Papillon. They took NO responsibility for the error on the website that allowed us to select the Vdara as a pick up location. And of course no refund was made. I would not recommend Adrenaline.

My husband purchased a Ferrari drive for Summit Point Motorsports Park. When we went to book it online, it didn't show that it was even available. We called Adrenaline and they said it is no longer available and to call back next year. Call back next year? They refused to refund the money. Do not purchase from this company.

We booked a helicopter tour on our last day in Vegas. The tour was supposed to start at 1.30 pm and we were supposed to be dropped back at 5.50 pm.We were supposed to fly out of Vegas the same day. The tour operator cancelled our bookings the same morning saying the spots are already booked and its a system glitche. I mentioned that my credit card payment went through and their website showed availability. I tried to explain that our vacation will be ruined and we have travelled this far to see Grand Canyon, but the lady didnt seem to care. We were left with no options since it was too late to book with any other tour operator. The lady we spoke to, even hung up the phone on us! They are absolutely rude and dont seem to care about people. They don't owe up to their faults or try to do something about it!
