Fast & Friendly. I used them for my candle business and had put my friend to get hers done as well. They understood all the things I wanted and made sure that I got just what I asked for. Thank you really appreciate it

Hi, As you know very well through our earlier communication via email. The delay was a result of you not able to connect the payment method with your account timely. This unforeseen delay and its workaround was communicated to you couple of times. Adravity invested its working hours into your project as planned (approximately 30-40 hours), but due to the delay at your end, we were unable to start the campaign at ours. Following is the list of tasks that were performed by the social team: • Research based on industry • Developed an album pre-order sales strategy • Complete Social Media plan • Ad account setup • Facebook page adjustments to make it look like a brand • Complete campaign design ready for execution • Only payment method addition pending (communicated to you numerous times) Therefore, you are not eligible for a refund, as per our terms and conditions which you agreed to at the time of order placement. But still the management has decided to process your refund in good will. This has been communicated to your via detailed email by our representative, so please wait and refrain from maligning and defaming our name. Your refund is in process and due action will be communicated to you shortly. We highly recommend to take down these comments and wait for the process to be completed. Thanks.

Very responsive and thorough in execution. Marcus and Kevin have both been extremely helpful whenever I've reached out for clarification. There are alot of companies that have approached me to utilize their web/ecommerce/social media services and I'm glad I decided to go with Adravity!
