This company was the worst
This company was the worst. Paid for an all inclusive website set up and I got nothing. Paid in March 2021 and here it is September 2021 and still no live website. They were incapable of adding the plug-in to make payments for products on the site. They couldn't even create a modern looking website tailored to me needs. Didn't call back when requested. The whole process is ridiculous. I went from working with Dale, Jeff, Emma, Diego, back to Jeff then Oscar, Peter, Eddie and David back to Eddie. They promised to give me back my money if they couldn't provide my site a week ago and today, Eddie told me he wasn't going to give me any money nor release my domain. He hung up on me when I was explaining my frustration and said I had to give them more time to complete the project. Don't waste your money on them. Your not going to get scary you want. The site they try to put together is what I found on BigCommerce as a D.I.Y. They can't provide a personalized website to your specification.

As per the case research from our end, you never told us to deploy the website. Instead, the team worked for 5 months and almost completed the website but you changed your mind in between as you were unsatisfied with the theme that you previously selected and requested us to suggest some new layouts. So, we started all over again on your theme selection, even though we were not supposed to do it according to our terms & conditions. Also, as per our policy, clients are eligible to claim a refund under the circumstance of canceling the placed order within 15 days of the first preview.
