Hi Amaya, Felix here, founder of ADPList. This one is on us. If our emails land in your spam folder, then every part of the platform that depends on them falls over, and a mentee having to find you on LinkedIn to rescue a session you did not know about is proof. I am sorry. Two things would help us fix it. Tell me which email provider you use, at felix(at)adplist(dot)org, and I will check whether your address is caught in our delivery logs or blocked at our end. In the meantime, every incoming request and upcoming session is also visible in the app itself, so nothing lives only in email. Is your Calendar also connected? You should not have to keep checking the website to avoid missing someone. I would like the chance to make the notifications work properly before you write us off.

Hi Lex, Felix here, founder of ADPList. Thank you for saying this plainly instead of just leaving. You gave your time for free, so you deserve a precise answer. Here is exactly what I found when I went through our code this morning. You are right about the part that matters most. You turned AI Note Taker off and still received summaries. Your setting does control whether your own voice is transcribed, and that part did work; you were never transcribed. What it does not do is stop the summary from reaching you when the person you are meeting has notes turned on. So you were sent a record built only from their side of the conversation. That is a gap in our design rather than something you misread, and I am fixing it so that turning the feature off means you stop receiving it too. On the larger concern, I want to be equally straightforward. These summaries are not there to harvest mentor knowledge. Both people in a session get the same record, and its only purpose is so the two of you can pick up where you left off. We do not sell it, and we do not build products out of your advice. I would rather have this conversation with you directly than through a review. felix(at)adplist(dot)org comes straight to me, and I will answer anything you want to ask.

hi, Felix here, cofounder of ADPList. you are right on both counts and I am sorry. calendar sync should just work, and getting passed from a chatbot to a human who then goes quiet is a support failure, full stop. I want to fix this for you properly: email me directly at felix(at)adplist(dot)org with your account email and I will pick up your case myself. glad the mentors were good to you. the booking experience has to live up to them, and that is on us.
