Hi David, Felix here! Giving back to the community is the heart of ADPList, so I’m glad the platform has given you a place to do that. The virtual background suggestion is a good one. Calls should feel comfortable and professional wherever you’re joining from, and this is useful feedback for us as we improve the experience. Thank you for mentoring and for helping us get better!

Hi Pavel, Felix here! Fair and accurate. The community has outgrown the polish of the product in places, and the disjointed workflows you are describing are real rather than imagined. I would genuinely like the specifics. If you send me the moments where it broke or felt clunky, at felix(at)adplist(dot)org, I will chase them myself. That kind of report is worth more to me than a five-star. Thank you for backing the mission while we catch up on the craft!

hi Nina, Felix here! Honest feedback is the hard part to find and the part that actually moves a career, so I am glad that is what you have been getting. Accessible is a deliberate choice and it stays that way. Since you left four stars, I would like the missing one. Tell me what would make it a five at felix(at)adplist(dot)org. Thank you for recommending us!

Hi Zulqarnain, Felix here! Thank you for the kind words, and the sign-in problem is real rather than something on your end. A bug on our side was blocking existing accounts from signing in through early and mid-July, and we shipped the fix on 18 July. I am not going to call it fully solved though, because we are still chasing a related issue where an account can be matched incorrectly at login. If it happens again, email me at felix(at)adplist(dot)org and tell me which button you use: Google, LinkedIn, or the email code. Missing a session because you could not get in is the worst version of this, so I will pick it up myself.

Hi Sally, Felix here! Thank you for showing up for mentees the way you do. The no-shows are the single most common thing mentors raise with me, and I am not going to pretend it is solved; it is something we are actively working on. On the video side, our sessions run on our own in-browser video rather than Zoom, so if it failed for a mentee, I would really like the details. That is a bug I can chase. felix(at)adplist(dot)org comes straight to me.

hi Boris, Felix here! you’ve captured something powerful about mentorship: helping someone avoid mistakes also sharpens how we lead, communicate, and see problems ourselves. thank you for generously sharing your experience and creating impact far beyond your daily work. grateful to have you mentoring with us!

hi Aditya, Felix here! thank you for being part of ADPList for more than two years, on both sides of the table. I especially appreciate the honesty: we are not perfect, and the bugs and decisions you disagree with deserve to be said out loud. hearing that you still see ADPList as a net-positive and accessible place for mentorship means a lot. grateful you’re here and helping us make it better.
