For me, mentoring is not just about teaching, it is also about learning from others, exchanging ideas, and growing together. What I appreciate most about the ADPList is its mission to make mentorship accessible to everyone, regardless of their background or career stage.
Response from ADPListJul 24, 2026
Hi Shiva, Felix here! You captured something important: the best mentorship is an exchange, and mentors often leave with new perspectives too. Making those conversations accessible regardless of someone’s background or career stage is exactly why ADPList exists. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and growing alongside the community!

Meeting with experts on different fields connected to my career path has been an awesome experience. Thanks so much ADP list for this cause without you, I wouldn't have been able to meet with such mentors in my life.
Response from ADPListJul 24, 2026
Hi Chiemerie, Felix here! Helping someone meet experts they might never otherwise have access to is the entire reason we built ADPList. I’m glad these mentors have become part of your career journey. Thank you for trusting the community, and I hope each conversation continues opening new possibilities for you!

It was a very valuable mentoring session. The way my mentor managed the session and his guidance were truly insightful and much appreciated Chandrasekar Jayapalan .Thank you again ! 😊
Response from ADPListJul 24, 2026
Hi Özgün, Felix here! I’m glad Chandrasekar’s guidance made the session so valuable. A mentor who knows how to lead the conversation can turn a single session into something you carry forward for a long time. Thank you for recognizing him and sharing your experience with us!

It’s an amazing place of connection between mentor and mentees. This platform is really amazing. If I can request you one new improvement: an option to get paid for long sessions.
Response from ADPListJul 23, 2026
Hi Renata, Felix here! I’m so glad ADPList has helped you build meaningful connections with mentees. Mentors like you are what make this community work. Your suggestion about paid options for longer sessions is thoughtful. It’s a useful signal as we consider how to better support mentors while keeping mentorship accessible. Thank you for sharing your experience and your time with the community!

Such a great platform that its giving designers the opportunity to be mentored by others that, years ago, was just a pipe dream. Got here to give back to the community, and I've created great connections ever since.
Response from ADPListJul 22, 2026
Hi David, Felix here! "Pipe dream" is the right word for what access to senior designers used to be, and you are now on the other side of it, handing that access to someone else. That loop is the whole point. Thank you for showing up for the community, and for the connections you have built here!

ADPList is the platform I wish had existed when I was making my own transition into data. I initially joined as a way to practise my English as a non-native speaker, and I thought: what better topic to talk about than the field I work in? But I soon realised how many people were looking for a mentor who could share real-world experience and offer guidance tailored to their individual circumstances. I’ve been mentoring ever since, and it has become one of the most rewarding parts of my professional life.
Response from ADPListJul 22, 2026
Hi Natalia, Felix here! Joining to practise your English and staying because people needed a mentor in data might be my favourite path onto the platform yet. Thank you for mentoring, being a big part of this community and for sharing this!
Sashi S.
Love the aspect of being able to give back our experience to the community.

Hi Sashi, Felix here! Giving back is the entire engine here, and mentors like you are the reason it runs. Thank you for making your experience available to the people who need it. Grateful to have you with us!
