Not professionals, their words dont have much value
When he said to book an appointment and talk to me and a salesman called me, I should have stopped right there. RED FLAG, and after that, I should have read the reviews. After the sale no more email responses and no phone to call back. I lost my money but they lost more than me. That is my experience with I will say anything for a sale. Computer response, no phone call yet. I requested my money back. Be very aware of these good dress-up people polished for a sale. Risk your money, I did and lost it. Shame on them was a very expensive mistake for me. All the email responses are for registering for webinars with no intention to contact me. My first email was the second day after paying and why you don't mention how many times you have reached out and called me personally after my email? -> none <- the only contact I have with you guys is here and not a single call to me or phone to call. Everyone can see that I am right. To this date, I have not received my refund! The bank says it is up to them and they know what to do. If you are like me a small business owner be careful with this company. 60 days after requesting my refund they #1 After 30 days the bank informed me AdOutReach had not communicated with them. #2 AdOutReach me they could not give it because I made a complaint with the bank, I reply to send them an email authorizing the refund. #3 The Bank informed me that they refuted the refund #4 I will not give this group of people the satisfaction to take advantage of me. I will contact my congressman, and others for more info because of moral principles. MORE TO COME

Hey Gregory, We appreciate you taking your time to share your perspective on the program, and we are honestly surprised by this review as it does not seem to reflect the interactions we have had with you thus far. In our very limited contact with you since joining the program, there seems to have only been positive experiences up until this point. During your initial call with one of our Advisors, he had mentioned that you were incredibly pleasant to speak with and had an amazing attitude! He also mentioned that you had a brief, pleasant email exchange after. At this point, you had reached out to our support team with a very brief email stating "I need to be ready for Tuesday call". After reaching out immediately, asking you to clarify which call you were referring to so we could direct you in the right direction, we were met with no response. Then you had your onboarding call with one of our Strategy Coaches where he mentioned it went incredibly smooth and that you were going to be awesome to work with inside of the program. Now just a few days later with no contact, we have received a 1-Star review with mention of "no more email responses and no phone to call back" after we had been responding to your emails, as well as had an onboarding call with you. We have reached out to you via email in regards to this situation and are excited about the opportunity to get you up and going again in the program! Best, Noah Friedman UPDATE: After reaching out to you immediately after this review explaining our interactions up until this point, it seems that your only objection to the program is that we did not call your cell phone number the second you sent an email over to support. We respect your investment in our program, and that is why we take the extra time to figure out a situation instead of impulsively reacting to it so we can make sure you are getting the support you deserve. Just to reiterate, I sent you an email immediately after your initial request for a call asking "Can you please add more context so we can dictate the best way to support you?" since the email only said "I need to be ready for Tuesday call" so I could direct you to the right expert on the team, and was met with no response. We have mentioned how to utilize support multiple times throughout the program, and even though you were not following our support procedure which we clearly outline multiple times throughout the onboarding process, we were still willing to go above and beyond to assist you. And not only that, I have also sent you an email including my personal booking link to hop on a 1-1 call with you to have a solutions focused conversation, and was met with threats of more slander. So after a brief email from you with no direct question or context, then being told in your latest email that "I don't type my number because it is unnecessary you have it", inferring that we should have called your cell phone on file directly after an email with no context (without any context, if a random team member called you, they might not have been able to answer your specific question, hence why we asked for more context), does not seem to be the best or most efficient way to communicate or actually get the support you were looking for. We can only show up for those who show up for themselves. Also wanted to clarify that the emails you have received for the webinar are automations that are reminding you that you have yet another opportunity to get support from our team which we have mentioned to you during our onboarding call and is outlined in the program deliverables. We have sent over our booking link to get on a call with us and since there has been no interest in participating in a solutions-focused conversation, but rather more slander online, we wish you the best of luck with your business now and into the future! Best, Noah Friedman
