Incredibly dissappointing experience from the outset. From the moment I dropped several thousand dollars, I was left to figure out what to do next on my own. I had to reach out to book an onboarding which wouldn't happen until a week later. Every week in the program costs between $500-1000, so this was at my expense. The coaching advice I received was mediocre, and I've found better advice on YouTube.
I was told to expect $5-10k revenue within months of the program start. I followed the program, put in all of the hours required, the coaches were seemingly impressed and excited with my work, but no revenue came. It became apparant that the advice being offered was 'cookie-cutter'. The same advice being offered to everyone, with no consideration of market research/dynamics. I had a long list of relevant data on my market that they didn't enquire about. When I shared this data they simply ignored it and offered 'cookie-cutter' creative. I went with it thinking they knew best. The campaign bombed. They did not know best.
There is no concept of expedience, and everything is on their time. Despite you paying out the rear for their services. (The program costs $4900 up front, then 6 monthly payments of $2900. This is a $2000 program at best.) I was told to expect to be able to cover the cost of the program within 3 months. This didn't happen. After much complaint, they did end the contract 1 month early. For this they would get 2 stars instead of 1. But I had to endure multiple interviews and was made to feel like a criminal for asking, so docked another star. Clearly, if the program worked they'd have a guarantee. There is none, which is a red flag I missed.
Avoid. Watch some YouTube videos and use the money you'd use on the program to run ads. You'll learn a lot more and you'll earn a lot more.

Untruthful information
Untruthful information. After not being able to get into the course, posting a previous review, and being told despite using their outline which was outdated and my ad not working, they said I was delivered an acceptable product and showed 2 emails of when I was in the course. They made it look like I had a really good course when I didn't.
If I could post pics up here I would post the pictures of the links that said the site was not working, the coaching meetings I was trying to get into was not working, etc.
After this untruthful information was given to the CC, and they called it an acceptable course, luckily I had taken a few pictures of these events and had to show the truth.
I am getting a lawyer involved in this. Ridiculous. They give me a course, they give me the wrong log in information, coaching times are incorrect, to meet with people and get work done has to wait several days, and now they lie about their delivery. I would stay away from this course.
Dave thank you for the reply. I have shown you multiple times that the 24 hour emails did not resolve the lack of being able to log in, lack of the program, and links that were not working. Getting emails back stating that those links did not work, and getting a lack of response was upsetting. Then having the staff calendars filled up for weeks, staff not getting back. Then having one lead me to content in the program, and another key staff member stating that I never should have used that content. None of that was mentioned in your counter when the charge was disputed. Really disappointing on the untruthful events from AdOutReach. It is too bad I cannot post photos of these events in here. I would show the nonworking links. AdOutReach is still saying they gave me a great program with great content. Not true!

The program was overall a major disappointment.
The only value is the amazing experience of Angie and dispensing these gems so we can implement with realism.
I think their commitment to seeing their clients succeed is sorely lacking. I gave 1 star as they did not offer any form of refund or remedy.
Their focus is on selling their programs, which are very overpriced. I invested $30K and did not get anywhere near the value expected.
Aleric is all hype and his focus needs to shift to the clients versus bragging about his accolades.

Do Not Sign Up With AdOutreach
This company is the biggest scam and ripoff I've ever encountered in my ten years of marketing online.
Take note that in the first 3 weeks of working with the "team", they ask you to review them, way before you get into the videos of the course which is where the fraud begins.
The first month all you've done is work with the script team, who are nice capable people. My scripts were great. They communicated what I do. The big problem is, Youtube did not approve any of them.
Prior to signing up, I had told the sales person that I had already worked with two Youtube "experts" and neither could get my scripts approved as I sell as weight loss program and it's difficult.
I submitted ads with changes 5X and never got an ad approved and AdOutreach had nothing to say about it. You're on your own for the approval.
As my 2nd month began and I began to watch all the videos to learn how to set up the details inside of Youtube ads, which are complex and change often, 90% of the videos are out of date. Not just a little, but 6 months to 3 years out of date. I made Loom recordings of every single one of them to prove it. The dates created are very clear.
So when I set aside my very valuable time to go through this course, I could not complete many tasks as the training videos did not match the current way Youtube ads were set up. I would have to stop and try to explain it verbally for help, or wait until the next day to get on the Zoom, or ask in the Facebook group. All of this was incredibly time wasting because it was constant and I mean constant. It was every video. In the two weeks I was attempting to get through this course my frustration level was exponential.
I have proof on four occasions that they admitted their videos needed to be updated. In the Facebook group, on Zoom, in an email, and on video. When I told my sales person that I thought this course was a fraud and wanted a refund. He literally said, "Yeah, that's a problem I"ve heard often." I have it on video.
Here's the kicker. When I joined in March of 21, the cost was $15K for 12 weeks. The sales person's bottom line was affected by dissatisfied clients because after 12 weeks, he is to upsell you into a $20K program. Our conversation was calm and not adversarial and he said he would bring my concerns to "the team".
At the time of my sending an email to request a refund, Adoutreach was having a weekend class of some sort out of the office, and they acknowledged receiving my email and they would get back to me when they returned to the home office in a few days. I never heard from them again ever despite emailing them again and sending a message to my sales person via Facebook. He had the gall to say he had no involvement in a refund process.
I have video recordings of every one of their videos demonstrating how they are not up to date. I have screenshots of them admitting to it. I have a screenshot of a new member asking the exact same question as I did the first time I came across a video that was not up to date and useful in the training proving that 30 days from when I complained about a two minute video being out of date, they were not capable of updating it.
This may sound trite on the surface, but with the training videos being out of date, one simply cannot learn how to set up the back office of Youtube ads. It's my belief that they want you dependent on them forever so you keep paying them.
They are an odd bunch of millennials who seem completely incapable of dealing with any negative experience. They respond by saying, "oh we're trying to help you", but just offer to do it FOR you.
From 2002 to 2010 I ran Google ads for my business spending $6K a month, so it's not like I was not familiar. I had just never done Youtube ads and was not successful getting approval and had no idea hot to set up the back office which is why I joined AdOutreach.
I disputed with my credit cards and this is the only dispute I had not won in my entire life but the people who review disputes neither put their name on the review, nor will they ever look at the video evidence. I made Loom videos which tell you when someone has viewed them and they never were viewed.
While Aleric and the entire team make me sick at how bizarrely unprofessional they are, and lack any modicum of integrity, the situation forced me to study the law and how I could deal with getting my remedy on my own.
There is no statue of limitations on fraud, as the contract is riddled with fraud, and eventually I will get my summary judgment and collect.
To anyone lucky enough to read this before signing up with AdOutreach, I can't express enough how you should not sign their contract which is not a lawful contract as it is not fully disclosed that the course was not up to date. You will be frustrated if you have any marketing experience and an IQ above 90.
I have a 43 page document of the fraud with videos and screenshots to prove everything I've written.

I wasn't even able to START the…
I wasn't even able to START the program. I was trying to find out what the company did, and the "sales person" was dodging all of my questions. Soon thereafter, he hung up! What kind of scam is this?!?!
Response from AdOutreachJun 3, 2022
Hey Rene,
We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review, and we would also like to share our perspective on the interaction as well to add additional context which seems to have been left out of your review above.
Our process begins with an initial call with an advisor to see if those interested in leveraging YouTube Ads for their business would be a good fit for our program.
During your initial call with one of our advisors to see if you would be a good fit for the program, we started with a discovery process to learn more about your business to make sure there was alignment.
When asked about your business, our advisor was immediately met with a raised voice, a strong attitude, and a refusal to answer questions. At this point, we had concluded that us working together would not be a good fit.
This was also one of the two calls scheduled as you did not show up for one of the calls, which we then received a text message after mentioning that we had inconvenienced you, even though we were present for the scheduled meeting that you did not attend yourself.
We appreciate your interest in AdOutreach, but we can only show up for those who are willing to learn, receive coaching, and are a good fit for our program.
Best of luck to you in the future.
Best,
Noah Friedman

Ad Outreach is a waste of money - Run away
Run away! Do NOT sign up for the Ad Outreach program if you want help. It’s a “do it yourself by watching their videos”. If you’re not a computer geek, run away.
When I signed up, I was told they give you plenty of time. I explained my schedule was full, and perhaps I should wait a few weeks. I was told not to worry, they give you enough time. It's not true.
If you have a question, they take several days to answer, and then they only answer via email. No personal help. At one point they didn’t answer for 2 weeks. It’s a waste of $10,000.
The training videos do not stay current with what YouTube / Google are doing, so you better be a tech expert to make this work. The info in their self-training videos leaves out the necessary information. My ads are still not running.
I asked for a time extension, not my money back. They emailed me & gave me a 3-week extension. I didn’t see the email, and simply asked to get on a call for assistance, but was told no, my time had expired, sorry. It’s a bad deal. They are nice people but have terrible customer service.

Hey Mike,
We appreciate you sharing your perspective on the situation, and all feedback has been taken into consideration from the rest of the team.
We are honestly surprised by this review as it does not seem to reflect the interactions we have had with you thus far, especially after having a positive experience meeting you at the live event.
Now I would like to address your response, as there seems to have been some crucial information that is not present in your review.
Starting a the top, there seems to be a claim made that the program is a “do it yourself by watching their videos” style format, which simply isn't true. We have workshop content that compliments our coaching which walks you through the entire ad/funnel setup process click-by-click, step-by-step that you also have lifetime access to.
Throughout the program you have access to our coaches every day of the week through our clinics where we bring our clients on one at a time to work 1-1 with our coaches and answer all their questions live (including ad account deep dives, funnel reviews, sales call strategy, business strategy, and more).
Clients also have access to email support where you can expect responses within 24 hours from Copy & Strategy Coaches and within 48 hours from Ads Coaches (as these questions tend to be a lot more technical). There are also 1-1 coaching calls at certain milestones.
On top of this, our ads coaches spent hours 1-1 with you after the event helping you get your ads situated, even though you had technically graduated from the program at that time.
After going through your conversations with the team via email, it seems that the only delay response you had received was during the holidays as our team was out of office (which we communicated with all of our clients) and we responded the morning we returned.
I am also slightly confused by your mention of not having any personal help and not being aware of your extension. After I granted you a 4 week extension in our program (which is not standard practice but were able to accommodate due to specific circumstances with your time), I emailed you including links to every single clinic you had access to and explicitly mentioned your 4 week extension, including your new graduation date. It seems that the email was opened the day it was sent and multiple times the next day as well.
Our extension was to help gain momentum in the program, yet there was no utilization of it, and our team can only show up for those who show up for themselves in the program.
In regards to our trainings, Advertising is a constantly evolving industry and our team is always actively updating our trainings in regards to YouTube Ads and the industry as a whole. The trainings are constantly being updated, and were up-to-date during your time in the program as well.
I also see that you mentioned your ads are still not running, yet in your last email to us, you mentioned you were running your first campaign so I am slightly confused by this statement.
Also to clarify, your previous email was requesting weeks of clinics to have our ads coaches tweak your campaigns, and not to hop on a call for assistance.
We appreciate the positive feedback of the team being pleasant and we genuinely enjoyed our interactions with you, and if you would like to hop on a call regarding your experience, please email back into support and I am more than happy to do so!
Best,
Noah Friedman
