Fastest customer service response I’ve received in years! I used to be in the corporate world & love that you make your client inquiries a priority! Bought an extra piece that I was curious about & will highly recommend you to others!

Great customer service (Gil)! Last evening, I made a mistake on my order with sizing but didn't realize it for a little bit afterward. I emailed right away asking for help and if it could be changed. By early morning I had received an email saying my order was updated with no problem at all. I was thrilled! Thank you, Gil!

I was struggling to get my Frankie U earring in my left ear. Sent a message asking for more tips. They answered me very quickly and offered some suggestions to go to a Piercing Studio. Which o do and they were able to help me

I love, love, love these earrings! The Frankie U is SO comfy to wear in my tragus piercing, and doesn’t interfere with my AirPods or stethoscope! Made well, stylish, and don’t irritate my sensitive skin. I have a couple other of the studs and get so many compliments on all of them. I lost one of the diamond ends and ordered a replacement, but couldn’t get the threading to work. I emailed customer service and the response was quick, friendly, and fixed the issue so quickly. I could NOT be happier with the products, but what really gets me is how they made it right when I had a problem. AdornMonde is my go-to from here on out.

I bought two earrings for Christmas. The sizing was wrong so I contacted customer support. They approved a return and a credit. I sent within the approved time frame with the label provided. It’s now almost two weeks after they’ve been proven returned via the tracking number. I haven’t gotten a credit and have tried contacting them several times without a reply. G

WOW!! Really at a loss of words for how amazing this company is. You have a question? They get back to you immediately. A problem? They fix it without hesitation! Customer service is beyond amazing and so are the earrings!! I promise you won’t regret getting any of their earrings! You’ll probably just become obsessed like I am now! I made an initial purchase and a week and a half later made another! I can’t wait for all of my piercings to be Adornmonde! :)
