Extremely aggressive sales people, I went in to get their hand/body lotion and was told it was $250 but as a special I could get it for $125. Then I got a whole spiel about she would be happy to give it to me for free if I looked at some other facial products that I did buy. So far they just make my face itchy. Another sales person tried to sell some anti-aging creams for wrinkles around my eyes and mouth. I said I wanted to think about it 4 times and tried to walk out the door. It was getting to the point I was going to have to resort to an angry confrontation or call 911 to get out the door. BTW, I checked their site and it was $35 for the same hand/body lotion.

HORRIBLE! Avoid their stores
Absolutely terrible experience. We were in Palma and they pulled my mom aside and forced us inside the store, so that they could put products on us. What's even worse is, how they put some night treatment for lines around the eyes on my mom, and when we finally managed to get out of, what seemed to be a trap, my mom's skin was looking very weird and peeled off. So we had to go back and ask them to remove the awful product off of her. The woman (who wasn't the one who "helped" us before) said of course it looked like that, when it was supposed to be a night treatment. We didn't ask for treatments and were out shopping, no one of us were gonna go to sleep!!!
I cannot recommend this place! AWFUL STAFF and terrible experience with the products. It felt like the staff ganged up on us - and we really just wanted to leave. How you can hire people like that... Wauw.
Just ignore them when you pass the store, that's my best advice.
They didn't even apologize after removing the product.
Im just so mad.

Amazing Products
I am from Winnipeg Manitoba and we got approached by a salesperson outside the store. She was very friendly and showed us how the facial peeling gel worked and we were AMAZED. I ended up getting the gel and the facial hydrating cream, facial toner, dead sea body salt scrub and the body butter ♡♡ I have no complaints and would definitely recommend these products.

Toxic Ingredients/doesn't work
OMG, I was shopping at the mall and was approached by one their salespeople. So pushy and ended up buying over $300 worth of products. Just noticed my bill and it's $100 over what I was quoted. Tried the products 2 times and got extreme exhaustion from them. The smell is horrible as well. Here are just 2 of the ingredients I Googled. No wonder:
1.Ethanol is considered broadly toxic and linked to birth defects following excessive oral ingestion.
2.the FDA issued a warning about its use in a cream, called Mommy Bliss, for nursing mothers.
3. The Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) on phenoxyethanol states that it can cause skin and lung irritation. ... It notes that toxic effects can occur through inhalation, skin exposure, and ingestion.
Please read the thousands of negative reviews of people being pushed into these products while just shopping at the mall. Just because a cream is $1000 doesn't mean it works. Stall tactics and hang-ups from salespeople who wouldn't let me speak with the manager is unacceptable. My 100% organic cream for $30 from London Drugs works better in my opinion.
The comments they leave for reviews don't be fooled. They don't do anything. No wonder there is a no refund policy. Stay away from this company!

Adore Cosmetics products are formulated by using strict guidelines and parameters in order to ensure healthy dosages of all its active ingredients. Therefore, we would like to correct your claims about our products, ingredients, and their safety.
1. Ethanol (Also known as ethyl alcohol) is a safe FDA approved ingredient that we DO NOT use in our products. Adore cosmetics products use instead Benzyl alcohol, an FDA approved and known anesthetic, sometimes added to cosmetics and skincare formulas to relieve itching and swelling.
2. In the case of Mommy's Bliss nipple cream, it was found that this product contained harmful amounts of phenoxyethanol and other ingredients that when combined, mislabeled, and ingested, could cause respiratory diseases in infants.
3. Phenoxyethanol is an FDA approved preservative used in cosmetics with a concentration of less than 1.0%. Adore Cosmetics formula contains less than 1.0% of phenoxyethanol, making it safe for use in cosmetics products.

Pleased to have Adore cleanser again
I first bought Adore cleanser at the store in St. Augustine, FL. I was a bit concerned that i had given in to the great sales demonstration, and this expensive product woukd be added to the "junk" pile in my storage closet once I returned from vacation. However, it turned out to be a favorite and it lasted me for years because I conserved it, knowing it may be hard to get another time. I've finally found it online!
I love that it exfoliates my skin without being either too wimpy or harsh, helps keep it younger and healthy looking, is free from perfumey scents, is always agreeable to my skin type, and lasts forever.
