My go to beauty products are usually Obagi, but I decided to give this line a try. I absolutely love how quickly it plumps your skin. The over night beauty drops and the instant face and eye lift are my favorite. In the morning my face looks refreshed, plump, and fine lines are diminished. Best of all, the products are certified organic which is a definite plus!

Although the young man who cornered me at the mall 4 days ago was knowledgeable, charming, and handsome, he was a fast talking flatterer, and did NOT tell me the products were non-refundable. Unfortunately, according to my doctor and skin care specialist, I have had an allergic reaction to the products, resulting in contact dermatitis, and must stop using them immediately. My eyes are puffy, my skin is red, itchy, and broken out, and I need to return these products for a refund. I am hoping and praying the company, Adore Cosmetics will do the right thing, however after reading all these reviews, I fear I have thrown $400 down the drain on Deep Sea Cosmetics I can never use, because of being trusting and gullible.

Was led into a Winnipeg store by a very friendly sales girl who put a sample of eye serum on one of my eyes. After leaving the store, I ran some errands and upon checking my face in my car mirror about an hour later, I see a crusty film under my eye and forehead where the cream was applied. I was SHOCKED to realize I had been shopping with my face looking like a racoon!!! What kind of product leaves such an embarrassing residue on one's skin?!!?

Great products, just pricey.

In Palma I was practically dragged into the shop.....without my consent had products slathered on my hand, and then the 'hard sell' began. I was with my daughter (who is a photographic model in the UK and Spain), the consultant told her she should make more effort with her appearance as she had no makeup on.......oh how we all laugh at that! A few months later I was running up the Jaime 111 for a meeting and outside the shop a sachet was thrust into my hand, I said I didn't have time to stop and the sales assistant was very rude to me! Last week I tried out the sachet and it smelt amazing, so I Googled the stockists and discovered it was the 'hard sell' shop. I've rated the product 2 stars as I think the products may be good, but I will never, ever voluntarily go into the sop in Palma on Jaime 111.......they are freaks!!! And, I'm sure under Spanish law they are in violation of street trading rules.

Some of the most amazing skincare products ever! My sister and I started buying Adore cosmetics products while vacationing in Hawaii about two years ago. The first skincare product we used was the golden touch magnetic mask and we were impressed with how our complexion changed for the better within just a couple of weeks. Since then, we have tried different Adore products and they all really work well. This is a really good skincare brand and their online support is exceptional.

Highly aggressive sales rep at Winnipeg Outlet Mall pulled my elderly, confused mom into the store. I came along as she was paying, but didn’t realize what was going on. She walked out with a $226 bottle of night cream - and unaware that the rep had sent her on her way with the sample application still smeared all around her eyes and cheeks. I have no idea they missed this as it was painfully obvious. Not sure if they though this was funny, or F they were just too eager to tally up their commission. I see statements on this site that independent owners are to blame for the crappy approach these sales people take - and that the company itself doesn’t endorse these tactics. Very hard to believe that, when this is clearly fostered at all Adore locations. Very telling that there are no returns allowed. This is a slimy operation that preys on people too innocent to say no, and who can’t do anything about it once they realize they’ve been taken advantage of. I’ll be contacting the BBB, Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce, and Outlet Mall management to voice my concerns with this operation. My mom has is no longer in my care today, otherwise I’d be contacting Visa and initiating a chargeback. I’d suggest other people who get ripped of by these people also request a credit card chargeback. That will minimize their ability to use aggressive tactics to extract large sums of money for their mediocre products. I’ll be following this up with other points of contact and to ensure Adore Cosmetics at Winnipeg Outlet Mall loses way more than the $226 they snaked from my mother. I hope to see you out of business very soon. A tip for consumers: when the salesperson is even remotely pushy, just leave.
