This company has predatory sales practices. Try to write a review on their website, impossible to leave a bad review. My wife was sold an amazing amount of product which if over $250. an oz for this stuff is ok, then buy it...check Better Business rating, a hearty B+ and other reviews before you get near these stores, all in high end shopping places where poor women with money are grabbed in the middle of the mall and given "free facials" and then a big sales pitch...return of product is not allowed. So I can return almost anything I buy, but not unused facial products...Buyer beware!!!!

I absolutely Adore Adore Cosmetics. Their Origin Hand and Body Lotion has such a unique calming scent. By far my favorite lotion!

Thank you for all those that posted their experience of being pressured into buying Adore products and then not being heard when they were dissatisfied. It validated everything I felt! For those that are reading the positive reviews, bear in mind that many companies and businesses can either write reviews themselves or pay others. I am not saying that the positive reviews are not legitimate, but it crossed my mind when I read the awful experiences that were very similar to mine. So sorry that many of you had to go through what I did. As far as Adore claiming they have done many studies on all types of skin, I would greatly appreciate the company sharing this claims/results of the studies performed on brown and especially Asian skin.

My friend and I were in the Caribbean a couple years ago. We were just walking the sidewalk when this young girl called us over, as she had some products that would make us look WONDERFUL. She started working on my friend first, and I wanted to watch, but she decided to work on me as well with the Adore products. To make the long story short, I DID NOT see any improvement in my friends face, after ever things she did to her. To top this off, she told my friend ALL these products she would get for "around" $350.00. She DID NOT give my friend a receipt, but put it on her credit card, and it came out to over $3,000. :( :( :( There was no way my friend could take anything back, or talk to them, as by phone they were hard to reach, and we were already in another port once my friend discovered what had happened. My friend gave the the "face mask" to me to use, and my husband an I TRIED to open them up, and to say the least, I would not give them to anyone!!! What a mess. To me, this company is a ripoff!!!! Adore WANTS me to contact them, well forget it! My friends son DID EVERYTHING to try to get things straightened out, and Adore did nothing, to straighten things out.

I felt pushed to buy a product for my sister that I knew nothing about and doing research she said I should had not bothered. The discount price is £35 and in total the actual cost should be £10, this nail kit online you advertise is for £150. Bought the pore cleanser and moisturizing cream mostly because the sales girl was hot, but it actually works really well. It's probably the most effective cleanser I've ever used, albeit the most expensive by far. Not something everyone can afford, but it's well worth it.

Very expensive products and high pressure sales tactics. Was told by sales rep that the wrinkle reducing product would last for two years. After opening it, product became powdery and hard. Within 4 months it was unusable. Have used other of their products and they have a strong odor to them. I used the superior supplement facial thermal mask and I break out in acne after using. Called up customer service and they said that they only help you if you buy the products from the online store. I was told I might have been given old product. I don’t understand how a company would let franchises sell old product or won’t back up their products regardless of where you purchase them. My advise is to run run run away from this company and it’s products, you can get better stuff at The Bay or any drug store for a lot less money. This company will not help you if you have issues with their products. I have never been more disappointed in such an expensive cosmetic product or in its company’s lack of response to my concerns. Bottom line hundreds of dollars spent ..result unusable products... In response to Adore’s comments about contacting them ..My response is I did with more than 12 emails and at least 8 phone calls. You wouldnt help me.
