I placed an order of two leather bags totaling $195, which was delivered to me on April 21, 2026. Overall, I have been very pleased with the genuine leather exterior of both bags. They appear to be well made, durable, and exactly what I had hoped for. Unfortunately, after only a couple of months of regular use, I began noticing a significant issue with the interior lining of both bags. The interior material has started to pill and shed extensively, leaving fibers on the items I carry inside, including my makeup bags, sunglass pouches, and other fabric accessories. I purchased these oversized bags specifically to use as my everyday bags, so this has been particularly disappointing. At this point, I am unable to carry any fabric items inside without them becoming covered in the shedding material. Given the quality I expected from your products, I was surprised to experience this issue after such a short period of use.

First order went fine. Customer service was non existent for the second order. They never replied to my chat responses, my phone messages, or emails when . I finally found out the order was arriving too late to use when the info appeared in my account. Quality is on par with the price so no problems from that perspective.

I did not receive the 40% discount that I was promised for signing up for emails. The purse is beautiful, but it is too unstructured.

Very long wait time. I eventually reached out to the company -they didn't contact me- and was told they were having trouble getting the Yellow bag shipped in. I had been waiting quite a while and they didn't know when the yellow would be available so i changed to the Olive bag. Meh, it's ok. I bought two for one so I also got the off white, However! I would not pay more than that. The bags are okay but not expensive quality and the quad layer interior pocket makes it very (unnecessarily) Heavy. I would recommend at about $80.00.

The bag is good quality and pretty, the only thing I did not like it came by itself in a big box no wrapping only the leather bag , it looks like it was a returned. I decided to keep it because I needed a bag right away.
