PLEASE DON’T ORDER!!! It’s a scam! I have been waiting for few months, no bag, no decent answer from seller. Huge dissapointment!!!

this company is a scam. They advertised BOGO and at check-out charged me for both bags. I tried to communicate with them but their email address is fake, my emails coming back as undeliverable because email address does not exist. I clicked on the support link and got a warning from my computer that I was being directed to a site that might want to steal my information. The 2 bags arrived and the quality was disgusting. This is a SCAM. BEWARE!

I received the 2 bags I ordered and appreciated the quality, however they were not big enough for my use. I've tried contacting the company several times and ways and never received a response about how to return these for a refund. I now consider this company to be bogus and would never order from them again.

Ordered this bag, my credit card was charged, excitedly waited and have NEVER RECEIVED my order. Unable to reach anyone to resolve this issue.

I very disappointed in this company. I trying to cancel this order. There told me NO. Its was one week before I received this item . I don't wanted this item . I not happy with this company. The website don't let you cancel.

I received spam from this company .. I suspect they're related to another company (Pampora) that I tried to buy a bag off years ago and constantly had to ask them to remove me from the mailing list. I see from Pampora leather on here that their score is now 2.8.

Consumer BEWARE. I was billed for an order I never received. Sent over 6 emails requesting resolution with proof of non delivery via Shopify. I left voicemails on a very generic non business like phone number. Never got any responses. I am questioning if this is even a real business in practice?

The product i got was not what I expected. I paid $169 and they want to only return $30 for compensation. Absolutely ridiculous for cheap quality bags. Do not buy, you will regret it
